FACTS Monthly Payments

Why FACTS?
We have selected the FACTS Tuition Management Company to help us better manage our tuition collection program and to provide an easily managed monthly payment option for families. FACTS provides nearly 3,500 schools nationally with a “better way” to manage the business side of education. Their program is used by more than 400,000 families.

Enrollment in FACTS

  1. Once the new student is accepted to Dominion, a simple online enrollment procedure is used.
  2. Simply select the e-Cashier button. This will link you to FACTS’ secure online enrollment webpage.
  3. Dominion will verify your tuition and apply any applicable discounts. A confirmation letter will be sent to you confirming the processing date and the amount.

Billing Options

  1. 1. Annual payment for tuition and fees can be paid directly to Dominion Classical Christian Academy before July 1 in lieu of enrolling in the FACTS monthly program. There is a 5% discount for tuition paid in full.
  2. 2. Twelve (12) monthly payment plan starting in July through FACTS.

    Parents can review their accounts online at My FACTS Account.

    Missed Payment

    Any missed payment will automatically be reattempted in 2 weeks on the next scheduled FACTS payment date of the 5th or 20th of the month. FACTS will send a letter advising of the missed payment. A $25/attempt fee will be charged by FACTS in addition to any fees that may be charged by your bank.

    Banking Options

    FACTS can process funds through various types of bank accounts including: checking, savings, equity and custodial accounts. In addition, most banks offer overdraft protection which may be helpful. We suggest that parents contact their individual bank regarding these and other banking services.

    Fee

    A $41 annual enrollment fee is collected by FACTS per family. You do not need to set up separate accounts for each child. Payment will be by automatic bank payment after the Enrollment Agreement is processed.

    Tuition Insurance

    The FACTS “Peace of Mind” tuition protection program is an optional benefit offered to all families. In the event of death, the plan covers the person paying tuition and the legal spouse of that person. The benefit is paid directly to the school to cover the unpaid balance (except payments in arrears). Coverage begins when the $12 fee for “Peace Of Mind” has been paid to FACTS.

    FACTS is the largest tuition management company, serving approximately 3,500 schools. All monies collected by FACTS are insured by the FDIC.
